Easy entry level role for someone to get into.

Cons

Poor pay, poor management. Working at brook street was decidedly the worse decision of my career. The management was a joke, refusing to answer escalating queries with customers and ignoring clients when she couldn’t be bothered. There are barely any incentives which is odd within recruitment and base pay increases are non existent. Training is poor and working hours are long. Do not work here, you can earn more and do less elsewhere and build your career away from this toxic environment.

There is a bit of turnover in employment, meaning that I heard from them and they were unaware of information I had previously given and some things had not been followed through.
