      Pros

      The team and other employees was the best if only pro working for this company.

      Cons

      Absolutely no career development and no opportunity to move within the company or climb the ladder. Virtually no training offered once you are in the consultant role. Below industry average base salary and non existent commission structure. Very dependant on if your face fits within this company and hard work is not rewarded or regognised by upper management.
