The people, can't stress this highly enough. The guys in the Abingdon Branch are friendly and supportive. You couldn't wish to work for a better bunch.

Cons

Literally no cons. Just felt that recruitment wasn't quite the right long term industry for me which is no reflection on the company at all.

Out of touch and arrogant MD. The relocation of head office lead to a number of redundancies. Charles Ashworth the MD shyed away from do the announcement, interacting with those affected and even saying a thank you or good bye to long serving members of staff. Extremely ruthless and egotistical
