Pros
I have worked for Brook Street for a number of years and think it's a great place to work. The company directors are all approachable and know everyone by name. The company have always been supportive of me, in both my professional and personal life which is a really important balance to have. I have progressed through different roles during my time here and feel I am still pushed to achieve and recognised for the work that I do. When reading negative reviews, it's important to read between the lines - disgruntled former employees will always have a different story to tell - it's a sales environment and not everyone's cut out for it - but I think the length of service in the company speaks for itself. Many of my colleagues have been here for over 10 years and there is good reason for that! Great people, supportive management and the ability to better yourself and progress.

Because of the low turnover of staff, progression can be slow.
