Pros

You get to interact with many of the top retailers in the country. You hope they recognize your talent and hire you away from GGP.

Cons

You will never be empowered to do anything. Your brilliant efforts will be pushed up the ladder, where they will mostly ignored. Occasionally the CEO will claim your idea as his own and direct others to get it done. Unless you have Vornado or Forest City creds, you are viewed as less than capable. A great place to work for the "yes, sir" types. Individualists need not apply.
