Brookfield is a great place to work - it's a challenging and dynamic environment, and a perfect place to grow my career.

Cons

Change is a constant - this is refreshing to some, but not the right place for everyone. There is a high workload.

Brookfield has a unique and refreshing culture that brands itself on all their practices. Starting from the hiring process that has the right balance between being professional and friendly, all the way to their collaborative environment that creates value out of team cohesiveness. I started at Brookfield as a new immigrant with no Canadian experience, yet they took a chance on me and made the decision to invest in my learning process.
