Pros

I have been with the company for 2 years, and I do enjoy working here. The company is still growing and expanding, so there are opportunities to leave your footprint with process improvements. Employee engagement is very important, so is professional development and career growth. The company offers many social activities for its employees: fitness activities and social gatherings throughout the year. There's also a soccer team registered in a league that has been doing really well. Overall, I would recommend Brookfield Renewable as the company to work for.

Cons

This company is definitely not for someone who likes status quo and not able to adopt quickly to ever changing environment. This is not an issue for me, as I do like change.

Pros

I enjoyed working at Brookfield Renewable throughout my internship. It was a great experience that brought me ample opportunities to apply what I'm learning in school to the real world. I worked closely with project managers, supervisors and designers on actual engineering projects/problems the company was working on during my time there. I was also able to go out in the field on numerous occasions to many of Brookfield's hydro facilities and see/observe the work going on in the field. There were always new and different things to work on, so the repetitiveness of work is minimal.

Cons

I really don't have much to say about Brookfield Renewable for the "cons" section. The only thing I might say is that some days are definitely slower than others, but I feel like that happens at any job.
