Pros
It's a dynamic organization with great employees. Everyone feels inspired to do their best work, and the open office environment allows for a lot of transparency and information sharing. There are no closed door offices (even at the Executive-level) which really speaks to the team-oriented environment.
Cons
It's a growing company, so sometimes resources feel limited and teams are lean. However, the growth the company is experiencing allows for a lot of career growth opportunities as well.
