Benefit, salary is generous, good location and environment

5 days on site, business formal dress code even when not client-facing, extremely toxic culture — you’re not an employee here, you’re treated like a slave. They will squeeze every ounce of value out of you. If you manage to leave on time when things are quiet, that’s taken as proof you have too little work, and interns get let go to pile more work onto you. Overtime hours are a major factor in performance reviews.
