      Pros

      Flexible working hour, good benefit with the convenience having day care, gas station, post office onsite.

      Cons

      Low salary raise in past couple of years, no matter what contribution was given, won't be valuated fairly with justifications . Lots of politics, just like regular private firms, lots of power battles. Management is poor, not professional trained.
