Pros
Benefits are above average, great location (if you are from Long Island), and there are workers and scientists from all over the world. The science being done is absolutely amazing and world-changing.
Cons
The communication and morale (in Facilities and Operations) are absolutely terrible. The culture is poor, full of blame, and the union employees are treated like children. The human element is completely removed from management decisions, and empathy is non-existent.
