      Good work and life balance or even much free time, flexible time, good enviroment for collaboration from various research topics.

      Cons

      All projects are droven by DoE fund. So if you have your own research fund, it is very hard to work for the topic. But you would get readily research opportunity if you are aligned well with DoE interest.
