      Quiet place, good for research. Brilliant people are there.

      Cons

      Far away from city, if you like city life, it can be boring.

      Pros

      Can be like a college campus atmosphere at times. Nice to work with intelligent scientists and engineers. Can be like working on the set of a science fiction movie

      Cons

      Management needs to be better. Employee's not fairly evaluated. Good workers often overlooked and there seems to be a push to promote younger people at the expense of older/experienced ones. The environment has been on the decline for 20 years.

      Pros

      Benefits. Job security. Hardly anyone gets laid off. Once you are in, you can cruise to retirement with no motivation for 40 years.

      Cons

      Bully environment. You are surrounded by self-centered employees. Far too much complaining about change. Employees stay there forever regardless of useful contribution.
