      Diverse organization with impressive research work! Improving its development of its staff (but needs more work) to provide growth opportunities from within after long history of outsourcing leadership.

      Cons

      No pension - only 401K and decreasing funding, staffing and benefits makes it a concern for the long haul. Culture makes it difficult to implement improvements.
