      Difficult for females to advance

      Pros

      Mostly good people, decent benefits although they are slowly being taken away/minimized, good amount of 'extra-curricular' programs be it lunchtime concerts, sports, weekend day trips

      Cons

      Not a good place to work as a female professional (i.e. in the scientist/engineer categories), a working group as a result of a lab-wide survey was formed to address the survey results and they've done nothing to improve the situation.

      - Great place to learn from extremely smart engineers and scientists - Very professional but relaxed environment - Large campus with on-site gym and pool

      Pros

      As a student intern, I had the opportunity of working with a very well-known professor and researcher. He guided me through different processes carefully, and the environment was very professional.

      Cons

      Some buildings were very old compared to some of the newer ones, and while the computers were new, they certainly can be more modern.
