Fun and interesting staff. A lot of events you can participate in. Room to be creative.

Cons

Not much freedom given to new staff. Lack of communication between branches. Patrons can be difficult.

The Mission and goals are of the highest order. Many great people to work with. A good place for young people to work.

Cons

Lack of leadership at the highest levels, but this may change with new director. Nonunion employees are underpaid. Many employees do bare minimum (or less).

promotions are only give to the special few union employees get raises, the rest don't Offices are really filthy and old, heat and A/C rarely work, mice running around
