Pros

Work is easy. Diverse staff. Acceptable to do very little if thats what you want.

Cons

Boring, tedius duties. Inflexible schedule (mandatory late nights and weekends). Some of the buildings are unsightly. Management problems. Many employees that have been there 20+ years and have outdated attitudes.
