Sometimes not motivating.....you have to find ways to be proactive yet every once in awhile you earn a pleasant surprise. Like an event, or items sale , books donation to be involved in

Fulfilling to help people who society has looked down upon. If you don’t like your library you could work at another one

Cons

$6,000 a year position Worked for two years until offered a promotion that would just be a change in responsibility no add to pay Learning centers are small so in terms of staff you can very easily be treated like bottom of the barrel.
