Pros

Great mission. You get to work on progressive campaigns and programs. You'll get to meet and work with great people and make a positive impact in the community.

Cons

Limited resources. Not a lot of opportunities to move up within the organization. Managers are not held accountable for ineffective management which contributes to major burnout in their teams. Wildly unequal salary gaps between executives and the teams they manage. Expect your boss to make 100/150k + more than you.
