They work with you in regards to your schedule. Good job to get experience if just graduated from high school.

Cons

No room for growth or ever becoming full time agent. Need more pay. It would be good to take into consideration what the staff say cause they are the ones dealing with the different issues.

Very little budget for part timers and often cut down hours from regular hours. No benefits for part timers.
