Great people to work with. Great products with long standing brand position in the market. At the time the company was in transition and was being sold.

They are trying to develop new talent, which is good for future managers. Go there to get initial industry experience.

Cons

It is a very small company in a small town, so the location is not the best possible. It is also a bit dreary in the office
