      Pros

      Fair compensation packages across all fields. Global company now part of Illinois Tool Works portfolio of companies. New owner has deep pockets which should benefit Brooks Instrument.

      Cons

      Cyclical business causes large Hires / Reduction in Force year to year. Opportunity for advancement limited Several leadership changes in past 5 years
