Pros

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT. Very relaxed work. Good company involvement if you're on 1st shift. Little to no change in procedures or environment. Decent pay and good benefits. If you go un-noticed, you can pretty much do as you please assuming your work is completed on time.

Cons

LOTS OF MANDATORY AND REQUESTED OVERTIME, expect a 50 - 60 hour work week. little to no back end or production improvements despite a desperate need and constant claims to follow through. Outside of office hours workers will feel left out of company events. Employee reviews (supposed to be done quarterly and your raise depends on it) were never completed on time if at all. Excessive hiring to deal with a growing production number but no equipment for that staff.

Pros

The company does have some interesting things to work on. The retirement plan is very good.

Cons

Management shows favoritism to brown-nosing individuals. Contributions and experience are not rewarded. Merit increases are much lower than the industry standard. There are a lot of unmotivated and low performing individuals that are not held accountable. Morale is low.
