Good people with a change in top management that is improving relations. Open door policy with management for feedback. Employee safety is a top priority. Work/Life balance is very good.

Cons

Lack of focused, coordinated direction on company wide direction of resources. Old guard throw roadblocks up with little/no attempt to resolve. Lack of discipline enforcement on employee policies.
