Ok place to work bad place to advance.

Pros

I worked very hard on night shift for years and was promoted quickly to assistant store manager. Some of the people were nice but the company is changing.

Cons

Had a bad experience at one of the stores. Stepped down and got out. The company is somewhat sexist and if you are not in the inner circles your chances of moving to high management positions is near impossible.

Pros

It is a fairly easy job and its easy to get time off.

Cons

Not enough hours and there is a ton of drama. Management is promoted and fails rather quickly due to lack of training. Playing favorites in this company is a huge downside. There are workers that put forth a lot of effort that is not acknowleged. People will step all over fellow employees to get what they want.

Pros

Loved most of my coworkers, boss was pretty nice too

Cons

The company drives its employees into the ground, unfortunately many dont have the financial security (or confidence) to find a better job, so they work there for DECADES making $15/hr. Its only a good company to work for once you hit that 25yr anniversary mark TBH
