Okay for the money

Pros

The pay is consistent, there usually are holiday bonuses, great vacation time after one year of service that is paid, Christian company (not many are these days).

Cons

You don't get a discount on food, although they mention that you may get off for college or high school they are unforgiving with extra classes and do not always work around them, there have been numerous issues with management in the past and their "open door policy" is not always so.

-Great customer service - even if I went to work in a bad mood, I was usually cheered up by the end of my shift -Kind coworkers -Good benefits -Very flexible for high school students

Cons

-Not a lot of room for advancement without changing stores -Management not always pleasant, especially in newer or remodeled stores - it is possible to maintain a good relationship with your employees while still maintaining control!
