Good balance, poor pay, terrible benefits

They have a good work life balance. The CEO is new and most of the old executives left a few months ago.

Cons

The pay is adequate, but not competitive. The benefits are evan worse. The medical benefits cost a lot. They offer dental but the partner pays 100%. They only contribute 2% max to the 401K once a year and that's what they call profit sharing. They call the employees partners but don't treat them that way. They say and pretend to care but their actions don't match their words.

The boss was very nice

Unfortunately a manager and a couple employees were quite nasty and made it an unpleasant place to work. None of them were on the same page, I would be told how to do something one way by an employee and then told to do the opposite by another. Very unorganized. Salary is very low for all the bs you have to deal with from the other employees plus doing your job on top of it. The employees were rude right in front of customers, just extremely unprofessional. It seems like they're constantly going through employees, no wonder.
