Work hard play hard mentality shared by all who are successful here. Unprecedented access to collaborate with leadership and transparency from the top. Culture is unmatched. The amount of money you make is almost completely in your hands which can be stressful but provides you with lucrative growth opportunities. Company genuinely invests in every employee at all levels. Company-wide recognition of top performers is a regular practice.

Cons

IT staffing industry as a whole can be trying, but Brooksource does a good job of keeping it as light and fun as possible.
