Not so good benefits
Misleading leadership, they evade questions and try to just keep making money off your work
Will ghost you or leave you out to dry then blow up your phone non stop so they can pass you on to another contract weeks after letting you go

Will offer you low compensation with promises of monthly opportunities for raises. They’ll then continually push these off and change the requirements and or make them highly subjective to the point where you won’t win. Get everything in your contract or don’t sign it.
