Pay and benefits are good. Nice office location.

Cons

Cliquey office politics outshine any actual accomplishments or skills. Unskilled and flustered directors of which there are too many. Daily chaos is enforced by reprimanding those with new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Constant hirings and firings in a perpetual revolving door. If office politics are your thing, welcome. Those who want to shine, gain experience and do actual work, look elsewhere.

Great benefits, okay pay, pretty competent and fun coworkers, and wonderful work-life balance.

Cons

They have a FORCED bell-curve for performance reviews. I had to tell great-performing employees that they were a "2" out of "5" which was really poor. HR is terrible. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. There are several 'sects' of the business. Instead of having one great fluid system, there are several half-worked systems that usually break. It's pretty frustrating.
