Corporate is constantly spying on you to make sure you're doing everything right. And if you work night shifts, you WILL be the only cashier.

You always have something to do.

Cons

You have to multitask everything on your own with no support. They do not provide good training and bad communication when it comes to working. You can only take your lunch in the last hour before your shift.

I really like my boss and the people I work with. Pretty flexible with my schedule and compensated fairly well at the store I work at.

Cons

Although employees get decent benefits, I don't feel like they are treated well at times by the higher ups in the company.
