We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review! It is great to hear that you are happy with your supervisor and the various work breaks throughout your time with BE thus far! We are disappointed you have found it difficult to take time off. We recommend meeting with your supervisor and Area Coordinator to discuss this concern and work together to find an appropriate time to take some much-needed time off. We greatly value work-life balance and encourage employees to take that time for themselves whenever needed.

Thank you for your review! We take great pride in the wonderful staff members and Partner group we have at BE, and are happy to hear you had a great experience with everyone you worked with. Although there is an increase in hours needed throughout busy season, we highly encourage our staff to have a conversation with their supervisor or Area Coordinator if they’re beginning to feel overwhelmed. We are always ready and willing to shift work around to alleviate staff members feeling over-worked or burnt out. We also highly encourage employees take appropriate time off when they can outside of busy season to recharge. Thank you again for your feedback!
