Pros

Decent pay & benefits, knowledgeable staff, it seems like the company as a whole is trying to make improvements for its employees

Cons

Output expectations ridiculously high; no communication; employees are overworked to the point of exhaustion and not just during “busy” season; nearly impossible to take time off without either working yourself to death to get ahead on work or taking work home during paid time off; poor management with complete lack of personnel skills; inconsistencies in the way various offices operate; the company touts work/life balance yet it seems to only be available to certain employees. Really just consider all options before signing on to this.

Plenty of people who are great mentors, and will actually take the time to explain or work through things with you. Co-workers are genuinely nice and willing to help.

Fluctuation in hours during off season

It is true, hours will fluctuate on and off busy seasons, but we work to continuously promote work / life balance all year round as much as possible. If you are feeling that your hours are fluctuating too greatly, we encourage you to have a conversation with your supervisor and Area Coordinator so that they can help you manage your schedule.
