Pros

flexible work/life balance, admin are compensated fairly, partners are good leaders, most directors are good leaders.

Cons

Hourly employees need more PTO. You are at 2 weeks PTO for 5 years.

Pros

Alot if experienced professionals, and all of the work you could ever want

Cons

At one point I received an email that asked us to work 70 hours a week. After I left this employer they threatened legal action against my new employer, reminding them of the ridiculous non compete that is in place. Also, they will ask for you to remove glassdoor reviews in order to receive a promotion.
