Pros
That's a great school, with a lot of opportunities of collaboration. It's great that postocs can get any courses in the University for free - some of them can be really useful for the future career (such as the teaching certificates for example). The major point for this University is also that it provides great benefits to postdocs (at a level of regular staff members): full medical and dental coverage, retirement plan, etc. The salary is competitive, and the location is great (you can easily afford living in 10 minutes on foot from your work).
Cons
The tenured professors form a rather closed society, which does not seem to based entirely on scientific success, but also on personal "liking" and "disliking". There seems to be almost no hope to get a tenure-track position in this University..
