      - Profitable - Market-leading tech - Huge moat - Huge TAM

      Cons

      - CEO micromanages every decision and will not invest in growth channels that he has no experience in (Ent Marketing & Sales needs) - Extremely Hierarchical decision making - 80% of business comes from US but only Sales teams are online during US hours. No cross-function collaboration.
