      Heaven for workaholic and who didn't have a personal life

      Pros

      If you are workaholic, need to be a fore runner in the AI race, id you don't have a personal life or you don't believe in having a personal life this place is heaven. Good salary.

      Cons

      There is no proper process in running the team. Their principle is blitz scale which puts speed over efficiency, which may be bad for some. Too much work in a short span of time and the dev gets burnt out. As an engineering manager, I didn't have powers to stay along with the engineers. I left the place because of ethical reasons..

      Great recruitment experience - well laid out interview process, timely updates and practical questions based on actual problems we solve One of the best organised onboarding experience- focus is to make you ready for work instead of directly throwing you into work People - people I have met are all helpful and supportive Work - products are good and well recognized in the industry. Good opportunity to learn how scalable products are built. Remote first - this is definitely a big advantage considering the direction in which industry is moving
