Pros

The company provides a good environment to learn and grow, especially in customer support and troubleshooting. Team members are helpful and approachable, and there is good exposure to different tools and technologies. Work culture is generally positive and collaborative.

Cons

At times the workload can be high, especially during customer issues. Some processes could be improved to reduce dependency between teams and speed up issue resolution.

Pros

>Good Work-Life Balance: Management genuinely respects your time. It’s a place where you can actually have a life outside of office hours without the guilt. >The colleagues here are amazing. There is a real sense of teamwork. >One of the best parts about working here is that people actually listen to your feedback and take it seriously. It’s refreshing to be in a place where your input translates into action.

Cons

Shift Allowance: The shift allowance definitely has room for improvement and should be revised. While I haven't noticed any major red flags or structural cons, I do feel the career roadmap for support roles could be expanded. Providing more growth and advancement opportunities for these roles would be a huge plus.
