- The work culture is such, that everyone knows almost everyone across different teams and functions, which makes work a lot more fun - The managers really put in effort to take care of their team - basically team's health (usually in terms of fun, career growth, team belonging, intra and inter team support) is great - Unlimited leaves (as long as leave policy is followed)
Cons
No work life balance which is something that most people really need
