      Pros

      Remote working environment is a perk and privilege, good colleagues. Quality products. Support from other departments with their specialties.

      Cons

      While current ERP systems do have many features that help the service departments, effectively serve customers needs, there are also outdated features that significantly limit our people to accommodate general requests in a user friendly and quick manner.

      Hire very credentialed ,bright individuals. Solid Theory on Strategy, Ready to grow via inorganic growth. Flexible work environment, strong systems.

      Cons

      Credentials don’t equal in-depth insight. You feel like a number and inclusion of individuals beyond ‘inner circle’ seldom exists. Difficulty retaining talented POC because of inclusion issues.
