Pros

No micro management and a great learning environment

Cons

Low compensation for expectations and no employee culture, kind of get your work done and go home. Lack of youth and energy.

Pros

While I don't really have enough to challenge me, I have had the opportunity to take on new projects and better utilize my skills

Cons

Could have used a little more training on some of the processes from the start and I could handle significantly more challenging work

Pros

There are a lot of long term employees.

Cons

Management sucks. Hardly ever see or hear from those making the decisions. Performance reviews are few, far between, and a joke. The long term employees (mostly useless) are not accountable for poor performance and "new" employees are there to pick up the slack.
