Pros

Lots of opportunity within business units, flexible schedule, about half of the travel is to desirable places. Senior management has company's best interest in mind.

Cons

Audit management lacks leadership capability and employee development skills. Endless fire drills, negative feedback with no suggestions on how to improve. Painfully inefficient audit planning process. Expectations for staff/senior level are inflated since management is inundated with administrative tasks.

Pros

Work life balance was appropriate and pay was very competitive.

Cons

The ineptitude of IA management mixed with a co-source arrangement whose sole purpose was to increase their presence and budget left a lot to be desired in terms of opportunity for growth.
