Pros

Great benefits, profit sharing, pay, insurance coverage good

Cons

Will not advance some employees even though they are doing the job and work but not getting paid for it. Being ignored by HR and immediate supervisor, real demeaning and toxic behavior.

Pros

Many jobs and opportunities for global career advancement.

Cons

Management has changed dramatically. Work-life balance is not a focus or even a consideration. Workload increased exponentially with no hope for additional personnel. The environment/philosophy has become "get it done at all costs, no matter who you need to step on". Your performance is only as good as what you are doing right now. No matter the success of the company's year, Brunswick over-promises to Wall Street and in the end, annual successes are not viewed as good enough.

Pros

People centric organization with vast opportunities for growth.

Cons

In a discretionary industry that is highly influenced by economic changes.
