Pros

There really aren't any I can think of at the moment.

Cons

Pay was lower than similar roles out there in my field. Completely inflexible with doctor appointments to the point where I was told I was not able to take them during work hours anymore. Health and dental could have been much better. Their "sick" time and PTO policies are so antiquated that I eventually had to hope to get unpaid time off as if you are sick more than once or twice a year you are penalized for it by having to use your own PTO for it. HR was completely unsupportive in anything I needed. My manager was a mean spirited condescending person who did not try to make me feel welcome at all. My team was filled with babysitting employees who would go behind your back.
