Solid but unspectacular

Pros

Relatively stable company that tends to keep people for a long time if you want to continue to work for them. Work life balance is very good as are the benefits.

Cons

Need more strategic outlook to help ensure the company is moving forward. There is a lot of internal infighting among sister companies that hinders the whole company's ability to be successful. Limited in growth potential.

Pros

Fun and exciting industry. Exceptional CEO. HR fights hard to provide strong benefits packages.

Cons

So many layers and politics in a few of the corporate-level departments. Extremely matrixed. No clear paths for development; like to hire externally for roles intead of promoting from within.
