      Flexible work environment . Good Philosophy of Work place and development channels.

      Cons

      No Career track. Poor execution of talent retention. Not diverse. Hyper political and lacking application of equity for all employees.

      Great products. Benefits top notch. Ability to work in satellite office + HQ.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, Favoritism and Old Boy network abounds. Insider culture that foster hierarchy and inhibits collaboration. Not too diverse. No Mentoring. Career development is foggy at best unless you are in the 'insider group'.

      None. Trust me I couldn't find one.

      Cons

      This review is in particular to the Brunswick i-Jet lab down in Champaign. Lack of mentorship, lack of new ideas, Lacking Project goals. They do not have many interesting projects for interns, and I don't think anybody in the entire organization cares about it. They will pretend they care, but let me tell you they don't give a damn about your growth or future! Save yourself a career by not working here!
