The feeling at Brunswick is a genuine sense of caring for their employees. We are the large company with a small company vibe where teams feel like family. One can also feel the excitement and passion our employees have about the products and services we deliver.

Cons

Brunswick is ambitious. Our initiatives are exciting and push us to be the best we can be, but it requires agility and being comfortable with moving pieces.

Since the moment I started here, I felt welcomed, engaged and excited to be a part of such a great company and team. The benefits are great including a flexible work schedule, pto, casual work wear and more. This company is going places and I'm thrilled to be a part of it.

Pros

Generally good people with a can do attitude. Foster innovation and try to be on the leading edge. A lot of resources. Fun culture although that can be dependent on who you work for.

Cons

Current trend of bringing people in from the outside for select positions and overlooking inside talent. If you aren't in the chosen group- good luck getting promoted. Sometimes will promote people to their own level of incompetence. Rely too much on power point as a mechanism of communicating and reward those who manage up well.
