      Flexible hours, ability to expand beyond project role(s), great boss, open & fun office environment

      Cons

      Working here is best in the summer when everyone's around all the time, but can still be a great experience during the school year

      Entrepreneurial culture, do not get micromanaged, freedom to be creative

      Cons

      No work life balance, "resourcing" function acts to ensure your workload is so intense you work 12 hour days minimum and on weekends.
