Good Pay, Good Work life balance

Cons

Brunswick likes to act like they have good ethics, but it is only when it benefits the top management. They don't care at all about employees or shutting down factories if it puts a couple extra dollars in their pockets. Employees work hard, but are not provided what the expectations are in order to succeed. Corporate management takes care of themselves, but they forget who makes them the money.

Pros

There is great sense of trust, appreciation, and value here. Great work/life balance, work from home options, and great benefits package. They encourage branching out of your set duties to grow within the organization.

Cons

The corporate office is pretty far north so commute can be an issue at times.
