      Brunswick has provided an amazing work environment, with it's stability and welcoming presence. Everyone is friendly and works within and with other teams to achieve the goals of the company. If you want to grow your career this is the place to do it. The benefits are definitely a plus, the work environment is a positive. You will continue to grow your skills and career within Brunswick, especially with their tuition assistance.

      The work environment can become very busy towards certain parts of the year.

      Working at Brunswick Corporation is a breath of fresh air. The people working here are truly passionate about our 50+ brands and products. Our products are made to bring joy to peoples lives. Brunswick has generous vacation time and the list of perks are endless. Who doesn't love "Summer Fridays?" to enjoy time with Brunswick products and family. Or a great 401K match, stock option, tuition reimbursement and not to mention the health insurance is truly wonderful. At Brunswick, you are working for a company that truly cares about your career development and passions. The atmosphere is surrounded by numerous people who have been with the company for 10+ years and worked different career paths at the various divisions. Brunswick cares about their employees and is one of the best companies you can work for!
